What Guests Are Saying
“My husband and I went to Charlotte for a short visit with friends. I’m so glad I picked this hotel. We arrived late at night but our reservation was honored by the front desk attendant who kindly gave us a room facing the lovely front of the hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The location is amazing, right next to SouthPark Mall and surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast was included in our reservation which was a plus. Also important for us was that parking was complimentary. Highly recommend!” — Lil R., 5 stars
“This is the perfect hotel, nestled amongst a nice shopping promenade with wonderful restaurants. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was a plus. Fergie was very helpful in assisting me during check in. Greg was exceptionally knowledgeable about the facilities and breakfast area. What guests are saying about Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/SouthPark.
"Spotless room and bathroom. Hotel was quiet. Free parking included but all spots were full when we returned from a gymnastics rumble. We went for dinner and several parking spots were available. Breakfast was the standard scramble eggs, pastries and waffles. Clean eating area."

Both provided professional service, that was at the same time, personable. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the adjacent shops/restaurants. The location was also perfect. Within walking distance was Whole Foods, Starbucks, plenty of shops and restaurants. It was definitely one of the best properties that my wife and I have stayed at."

View on Google"My stay was wonderful, The front desk staff was very nice, the breakfast and the breakfast staff were amazing. Room was very spacious with a nice view. As I’m looking at the recent comments , I noticed that the guest that was in front of me at the time of my check in left a review (Ms.NoValue) . She was indeed very rude to the front desk attendant, after being informed that the hotel and key issues and was kindly asked for her patience while she tried to resolve the issue . She was not patient or kind. And the front desk lady did an amazing job handling that situation. It’s not her fault the key system was not working."
