What Guests Are Saying

“Wow… It is not often in modern service industry to find a rare gem. Randy and his team are excellent. From our seamless communication prior to our stay all the way through checkout, this was an outstanding experience. The cleanliness of the facility was impeccable. The location is off in the woods with a quite and tranquil setting to enjoy your mornings or evenings overlooking the views. Our room was spacious with a very large bathroom and all amenities that one could imagine. The overwhelming aspect though was the friendliness of the owner and the staff, all the way down to the handyman that was there doing some touch up painting.” — Dale M., 5 stars

“Bent Creek Lodge is as advertised if not better! The place is very clean and Randy the owner makes sure there are plenty of snacks and drinks that are on the house. There is a different breakfast every day and all were delicious. The coffee is also good. My wife and I took a short hike after breakfast around the property which is beautiful. Its not far from town so you can hit the city in about 10 minutes and come back and relax. We will definitely come back and it beats any hotel in the area. BCL is charming and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.” — Traveler18122523046, 5 stars

“A five star inn and 5 star inn keeper/owner Randy. We returned after 14 years of not being in area. It was amazing. The welcoming lobby.. roaring fire.. and general sense of a small luxury get away. Breakfast is nothing to be triffled with,,, Enjoy and be amazed. Also do not even think you can have a lunch later.. It was all we could do to enjoy the excellent dinner restaurants in the area.. Visiting the Trolls brought us there… And we look forward to returning . Thank you to Randy and his staff!” — Lois C., 5 stars

"This was the perfect vacation. The lodge is central to so many wonderful things to do in Asheville. It's a super short drive to downtown Asheville, Biltmore, the Arboretum and so much more! We had a jam packed weekend exploring everything. Our time inside the lodge was just as wonderful. The rooms, porches, and lounges are beautiful, impeccably clean, and beyond welcoming. Randy was a phenomenal, personable, and knowledgeable host. The rest of his staff were kind and welcoming as well. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious and perfectly filling. The afternoon treats were perfectly baked and there was always hot tea or coffee ready to warm us up from the cool mountain air. I have no complaints and couldn't have hoped for a more beautiful place to get engaged. Randy and his family helped celebrate our milestone. We will certainly be coming back for years to come."

"The accommodations, the setting of the Inn, and the service provided by Randy and the staff were absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our time in the great room getting to know other guests while sitting in front of a cracking warm fire in the beautiful fireplace and enjoying many home made treats that were made by the staff. The home made breakfast was absolutely over the top, and scrumptious that included scrambled eggs, hash browns, fresh fruit, sausage, and creme brulee french toast that was decadent! The beautiful Inn was located in the midst of a beautiful forest with a huge front porch, and back deck over looking the beautiful surroundings complete with a fire pit and comfy rocking chairs. We totally were made to feel at home the minute we walked through the front door. We didn’t want to leave! It's just minutes to Asheville. We can't wait to go back in the Springtime or Summer to see all the beautiful shrubs and flowers in full bloom. I would highly recommend this place!"
