“I make decisions based on reviews so I am going to leave one in hopes of helping someone else. This location of Drury Inn and Suites was very satisfying. The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff is very pleasant. Room cleanliness is very important to me and the room/bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable and room came with microwave and mini-fridge. I didn’t hear any noise on the 5th floor and my room was facing the front of the hotel. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts and had a lot of options to choose from. The location is great because it is near many restaurants, Target, etc. The only thing I can complain about is the television. It is just basic cable, no premium channels and no inability to stream channels like Netflix. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.” — Sonya L., 5 stars
“Enjoyed a two-night stay at this great hotel! From the moment we stepped inside and were greeted by the friendly staff to the included food to the pristine room, we enjoyed our whole stay! The super friendly and helpful manager set the tone for the rest of the staff. We started calling it the Chick-fil-A of hotels - very nice people!! We stayed in a queen suite with three adults. That worked out great since everyone had their own bed. The sofa bed was very comfortable. And the suite was huge!! Would love to stay here again if I’m ever in Charlotte!” — Sally F., 5 stars
“We were upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi tub upon arrival which was welcomed after a long day of travel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I never worry about what I might find at Drury Inn. "Raquel at the front desk greeted my family with warmth and kindness, allowing us to view the pool prior to booking. Jason tried to contact another location to find a suite with a sofa for us and was on hold for a while. Honestly, they were so nice, we decided to book the room even without the sofa. They serve complimentary popcorn and drinks and buffet dinner! The next morning the breakfast buffet was also complimentary and very good. I liked the veggie eggs, waffles, potatoes, and excellent buttermilk blueberry muffins. Novlette who leads the dining service was very kind and helpful and Jannel at the front desk too. Honestly the entire staff was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish the pool was heated. We tried to swim but it was just to cold. We will definitely be back! ☺️"

View on Google"Great hotel! I will defintely stay here again. Great breakfast, along with the two free drinks in the evening and a good bar in case you're wanting a little night cap. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the gym was very adequate. The staff was very friendly and attentive to anything you needed. I will be booking this same hotel for my trip next year."
