What Guests Are Saying
“I treated my mom to a mother-daughter Easter weekend at The Inn on Biltmore Estate, and it was perfection. Staying here makes you feel like an honored guest of the Vanderbilts; the hospitality is ‘Vanderbilt style’—super fancy and incredibly welcoming. Our Mountain View room was stunning, complete with plush robes and a beautiful tile bathroom. Pro-Tip: Get the breakfast package! It was the perfect start to our days. We also loved the property shuttles—the drivers are so accommodating and give great commentary. Shout-out to Laura! The gardens were breathtaking for spring; the tulips and daffodils were in full bloom, and the azaleas had just popped. At night, the Luminere show was the highlight. It’s a modern, educational twist on the estate’s history that I think George Vanderbilt would have loved. We brought folding chairs to sit on the lawn with the music and candles, then walked through the whimsical garden lights down to the Conservatory. It’s a dreamlike experience you shouldn’t miss!"" — Michelle P., 5 stars
“From the valet, front desk, housekeeping, waiter, hostesses to everything in between The Inn at Biltmore estate gave top notch service and hospitality. The staff were just amazing. Our room was perfect. The decoration and design was intentionally sumptuos and came with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh. You could really taste it. Jesse I believe was the waiter there was just really attentive. Same with the hostess. The Spa was beautifully appointed and Melissa really helped me relax even though I was very anxious. Housekeeping, I lost the names I wrote down, but they too were attentive and kind. The tiny touches were just superb. Tying up my iPhone charge cord with a bow was just the perfect touch. I would not hesitate to recommend or go back to again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.” — MEngland, 5 stars
“Stayed at the Inn for 2 nights in the beautifully renovated Mountain Suite. Booked the room / hotel as a surprise for my girlfriend after proposing to her in front of the main house. The room was a great surprise to check in to after the proposal. Her family also stayed on site at the Inn. Everything was perfect. The price was probably the most I will ever spend on a hotel room but I actually felt like I got my money’s worth. The valet drivers were incredibly kind and helpful, as was the front desk staff. We also really enjoyed our meal as a family down on the lower level. I manage a hotel myself so I have become extremely picky on service and cleanliness, but was extremely pleased with all aspects of my stay. We had a very relaxing couple of days on the property and I’m sure we will be back!” — Matt H., 5 stars

What guests are saying about The Inn on Biltmore Estate.
"What a lovely place to stay!! The room was beautiful and plenty enough room. We came in late and they had already done turn service which was nice. They left two eye masks on our pillows, a bottle of water and glass on our nightstands. The trolley bus was very convenient to get to the house and the winery. We also had a delicious dinner in The Library."

I just celebrated my 60th birthday on a girls’ trip my husband thoughtfully pulled together, flying in some of my favorite women from different states. He drove us to Asheville, stayed on property at the Village Hotel, and happily played personal butler all weekend so we girls could have our own space while still enjoying all the Biltmore amenities. We were originally booked in a cottage, but when a storm rolled in we were moved to The Inn at Biltmore Estate, and honestly it was the best upgrade ever. The Inn was breathtaking and the service was exceptional. Mark at The Inn was a total standout, fun, attentive, and truly above and beyond, even surprising us with a Biltmore puzzle, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Our first night included a fire alarm evacuation and nothing was wrong, which somehow turned into laughs with the firefighters and a photo op. When the storm later required us to shelter in place, we leaned into it and showed up downstairs in our big white Biltmore robes and slippers. Instant slumber party energy, and the staff loved it just as much as we did. Between the beauty of the estate, the incredible hospitality, and the people who genuinely care, this trip was pure magic. We happily purchased a season pass and can’t wait to return.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰"

From the time we got there, the valet gentlemen were so courteous and patient while we were navigating our first stay. Elizabeth immediately made us feel welcomed upon checkin and turned our confusion into comfort. The champagne was a perfect start! Dale, our bellman was so kind and personable and truly made us feel like it was worth every penny. Laura, our trolley driver was fantastic, making our travel seamless. For breakfast, we had Gerri as our server and she was so phenomenal and attentive that we requested her every time we went! Joshua, our concierge truly brought our vision for the trip together, and went out of his way to ensure we had beautiful photos to remember such a wonderful visit. Thank you Debbie with concierge for the champagne! :) We dined at Cedric’s and the Dining Room and both were exceptional. When we ended up at Cedric’s yesterday, the bar staff kept us laughing and we were so thankful for their military appreciation. Allen and the chefs at the Dining Room gave us an evening full of pleasant surprises and left us feeling unbelievably grateful. We were lucky to see Steve the blacksmith and bought a beautiful handmade cross to take home - seeing the spark in my husband’s eyes when he saw it was priceless! The view was breathtaking and the food was incredible. The staff here are the real gems though, worth more than the decor you’ll see as they really set the gold standard for stewardship. Amazing to see a family owned business taking care of their own as they take care of others, definitely why we will be back!"
