What Guests Are Saying
“I had a flat tire on the interstate. Pulled off in a panic and found the first parking spot I saw. It was in the worst spot possible. I am not familiar with the area enough to know where to even park safely. The only option was the Indigo to not block traffic. Madison was working and she was extremely kind and helpful to me in a moment I was panicking. She allowed me a safe place to park while I waited for a friend to help me and the manager actually helped me to put air in my tires. I didn’t get his name but the staff here are absolutely wonderful people. Madison didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed and she helped me when I truly just needed a safe parking space. Book your stay here folks they will take great care of you, because they see us not just as customers but people.” — Jet33212540928, 5 stars
“We had an absolutely lovely stay here! Plenty of room for our two adult children and my husband and I. We stayed in a one bedroom, king room with balcony. Gorgeous views, clean, cozy, floor to ceiling windows with a fantastic electric fireplace. Filtered water on even floors made this a huge plus! Location is in walking distance to restaurants, local attractions, etc. Friendly staff and valet! Tips…make sure the mini fridge is working prior to putting food in (ours wasn’t but they compensated us for it) and request the highest floor you can get, preferably on the opposite side of the highway…can be a bit noisy (we were on the 12th floor). Would absolutely stay here again!” — Elleinfl, 5 stars
“The location is great! It’s a bit out of the main hustle and bustle, which means it’s super quiet at night, but still close enough to walk to downtown (it only took me less than 5 minutes to find some dining spots). A huge thank you to Valerie for welcoming us so warmly and making me smile. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly helpful and nice. The hotel is a bit older, but it’s kept clean.” — Bona, 5 stars

View on Google"We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels this year, but the service at Hotel Indigo Asheville was on a completely different level. Every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond for us—true, genuine hospitality that’s hard to find these days. A huge shoutout to Valerie, JR, Todd, Dully, and Harry. Each of them treated us like real humans, not just guests passing through. They were warm, thoughtful, and consistently willing to help with anything we needed. When my husband wasn’t feeling well, they helped me find a quiet place to work, checked in on us, and made sure everything—from valet to little day-to-day needs—was handled with sincere care. We left feeling seen, supported, and so grateful. Hotel Indigo has something special with this team. If you want a stay where hospitality is genuinely alive and well, this is the place. We can’t recommend it enough."
