What Guests Are Saying

“I can’t say enough about this amazing hotel! It’s beautiful, ideally located if you want to visit the Biltmore and all the great shops and cafes in Biltmore village and the service is impeccable. We used the AMEX travel service to book and were upgraded to an Executive Suite, which is incredibly spacious. Tons of in-room amenities. The restaurant offers very creative dishes and the bar is so charming. Glass of champagne upon arrival and wonderful valet service for our car. The artwork throughout the facility is worth taking time to do a full tour. Can’t wait until our next stay here and this has convinced me to try Bohemian hotel locations in other cities!” — Cheryl W., 5 stars

“Great experience! The Grand Bohemian is a wonderful hotel. From the piano player in the lobby to the Between the Trees restaurant to our room on the Falls, it was outstanding! We were celebrating our anniversary, so we booked a balcony view of the Falls on level two, and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely go for a balcony Falls room.… It’s worth a little extra. Staff was very polite- Geoffrey at the front desk was great. One thing, they NEED a concierge. Other than that, great job. Highly recommend!” — Yodaman100, 5 stars

“The Grand Bohemian Lodge has fully recovered from the extensive damage of the hurricane. Dining room especially has been restored to its former decor after being completely flooded. Service equals or exceeds what we experienced on a ‘pre-flood’ stay. Dining staff and valet parking staff were especially friendly and helpful. The room had been recently updated and had a comfortable bed and was very quiet—despite the busy time of our visit. Food was extraordinary.” — Richard S., 5 stars

"Grand Bohemian Lodge presents to the visitor a delightful experience. When you drive in, valet parking attendants are available to assist you in your travel needs . Once inside ,the front desk attends to your room , and any needs that the lodge has to offer. The room was clean and offered top shelf amenities, quick room service and intelligent answers to your questions were addressed. This is an excellent hotel to stop at on your way to points south. The service provides a comfortable environment to relax on your way. Many car dealerships local and if your driving a Land Rover they are in town for your service needs... Highly recommend this Lodge for a wonderful stop in Asheville. Cheers...."

"The best four star hotel experience you can get anywhere, by far. The level of hospitality and customer service here is unmatched, from the valet to the front desk. You are never treated like an inconvenience nor is your experience diminished by stress levels of the staff. I was given wonderful service from start to finish and the accommodations matched that experience. The rooms felt clean, smelled clean, and did not have any of that hidden hotel gunk that most places try to distract you from. I’ve been to many four star hotels in my life, and this one feels more like a five star based on the difference in experience. The pillows they provide are down, so they are quite fluffy and easy to flatten. If you need more neck support, bring your own pillow or stack a couple of these pillows. I would also recommend staying in the main house since walking into the fireplace area is an experience after a cold night, plus easy access to valet is great."

"We stayed at Grand Bohemian Lodge for a weekend getaway and planned to visit the Biltmore - this hotel is directly in front of the Biltmore entrance! The front desk, the valet, the housekeepers were all fabulous! Thank you for a great stay! The only thing we would change had nothing to do with the staff whatsoever, I booked it not knowing logistics prior to our visit. We stayed at the manor house across the street from the main building. When staying at the manor house you have to use the crosswalk on a very busy road that people run red lights multiple times SO BE CAREFUL! For reference you may want to request a room not overlooking the main intersection TRAFFIC WAS SO LOUD AT NIGHT."
