About The Hotel

Brookstone Lodge Near Biltmore Village is an Ascend Collection property offering an indoor pool and free breakfast at a budget-conscious rate near the Biltmore Estate. The 3.9-rated property has softer room and sleep-quality scores (3.9 and 3.9), reflecting an older property with wear showing through reviews. Suitable for value-conscious travelers prioritizing location and amenities over luxury finishes. A pool hotel rather than an in-room-jacuzzi property—the soak is by the pool. Best for families and budget travelers visiting Biltmore who don’t require upscale accommodations.

What Guests Are Saying

“Just got back from a quick trip to Asheville with my church group. We stayed at Brookstone Lodge and it was great. Rooms were ready on time and very clean. Front desk was very kind as was the manager, Paul. We would definitely go back again when we are in the area. Very convenient to Biltmore House, which is where we visited. Thank you Brookstone!” — Dawn P., 5 stars

“This hotel was just off the exit from the highway and was so easy to find. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely. The breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, toast, cereal, sausage, eggs, orange juice, coffee, and other breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again.” — Karen D., 5 stars

“We visited Biltmore Estate and the Brookstone Lodge is 5 min away. Far enough from the congested traffic, but close to the Estate. Very clean n accommodating . Only disappointment, no pet accomodations.” — Kim M., 5 stars

"This is a good place to stay. Rooms and the bathroom are both clean. Expect the size of the rooms to be smaller than what you see in photos. There are not many restaurants walkable but its pretty close to the downtown so probably an easy drive. They have a free simple breakfast spread each morning with 5 to 6 items."

"The location to the Biltmore Estate is good. The facility over all was clean and the rooms were nice. The fitness room was below average, an elliptical and a treadmill. No towels or method to clean the equipment when done. There was also no water in there, which is typical of most places like this. The breakfast is average. The Toiletries we were provided in our room were 2 bottles of conditioner and 1 lotion. No shampoo was provided. Fortunately, we always have some with us for these situations."
