View on Google"1-nighter stay for the convention in town. Review starts a few days before our stay. I called the hotel beforehand to confirm my reservation (a little old school), and I ended up getting placed on hold for 10+ minutes. Only hung up after I got an email confirming my reservation during that call. Hotel itself was a little out of the way, but convenient that there was a Kroger and other businesses if we needed anything. We arrived later in the night and the greeting/check-in with the agent was smooth. Our room was mostly clean, but we did note a few things: such as sticker/labels/wear on the tub, rust on the bathroom vent, and some possible water damage on the ceiling(?). We also noted a lot of other water-related issues, such as a wet floor (sign) in the elevator (possibly from people coming and going to the pool, and wet floor signs in the lobby the morning after. We also noted how the TV in our room wasn’t working or able to connect to video services (Tubi or YT) because of a “Network Error.” Again, something we noticed, but not enough to deter our stay since we were only spending one night. The breakfast selection in the morning had a variety of meat/protein options to start the day, and we also had staff greet us in the morning, and make 1-2 checks on how things were going. The check out process with the agent was also smooth, with no real issues. Overall, some areas that this hotel could improve on based on our 1 night, but a good stay overall."
