Room was clean however smelled - Next day went to different desk person & lady kindly moved me’ plus loud cars doing donuts on the adjacent Bass Pro-type parking lot and unsupervised tournament kids running the halls at night). “Stayed at this hotel many years ago and decided to stay her while back in the area. The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size and shower water temperature was hot enough. Breakfast buffet featured hot and cold items. There was a nice variety but missed berries and blueberry muffins like many Hampton Inns have in other locations. They had a large indoor pool and hot tub. Pool water was too cold for my liking but hot tub was decent size and hot! Staff was friendly. Parking was decent and price to stay was as well. Will gladly return here to stay if in the area again. “Having stayed here previously in April, I’m pleased to say that this hotel (which was already good) has improved in such short time. The staff was friendly and there were lots of hot beverage options after a long day of travel. The rooms had been recently renovated and were well-appointed. Rates were reasonable for the area, known to me and many other of my fellow travelers a sort of hotel desert if you will in this part of Appalachia. Breakfast sufficed.
