When we told the front desk they told us the hotel is full so we can’t switch rooms but we’re welcome to have some sheets and towels so we can clean it ourselves?!?’ Yet another 1-star: ‘Room not ready until 8 pm. Dirty and lights didn’t work in bathroom! No help from staff!
