“I was here during the big snow storm Jan 2025. I checked out and went to the airport. The flights were canceled so I had to go back to the hotel and hope i could get a room for another night. The front desk not only got me a room but they were even able to get me a better rate. Sweet! The rooms are as expected. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was better than most other HGIs that I have stayed at in the past. The service was excellent. Everything in the room worked as it was supposed to work. The staff provided the service that you would expect. I asked the restaurant server if she had a broom so I could sweep the snow away from the windshield? “I can’t say enough good things about this Hotel. I went to Wilmington to celebrate a birthday vacation, and staying here was the best part. Despite damp, wet weather, the employees constantly were helping us find places to go and things to do. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, the food plentiful, and the little bar area had everything anyone could want. “Very nice hotel. Convenient to Wrightsville beach and historic downtown and the riverwalk. Great staff. The cook to order breakfast is a hearty meal to get you started. Mayfaire Town Center which is 1/2 mile down the road has tons of stores for shopping as well as a theater. "We have always loved staying in this hotel when we visit Wilmington. And this stay was especially awesome from front desk Te’Ara going out of her way to assist me with installing my grandbaby’s car seat in our rental to Noah pouring me milk in a cup because they were out of it in the small containers for purchase and then to Sherry the bartender giving impeccable service. These three people are so outstanding and Hilton is lucky to have them. They made our stay this time motivate me enough to leave a review. We’ve always liked this hotel for cleanliness and location but when there are people like this who go out of their way to make sure all is well, they should be recognized. So thank you so much Te’Ara, Noah and Sherry. You all make us want to come back even more."

View on Google"I was there 3 nights. Everything was great. Every front desk clerk i met was A1 great customer service! Can't remember their names but it was three ladies. Maintenance came up to fix a blind that was off track with no problem with great customer service as well. Location -a little Everything around. Rooms -hot water gets hot. No issues for a change !"
