“Great stay! Yes the rooms could use some TLC but overall it was a great stay! The staff was amazingly friendly and willing to do whatever they good to ensure our stay was pleasurable. “Very nice stay. Really great breakfast. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. The breakfast workers are incredibly kind. From the gentleman making omelets, to the ladies in charge of the buffet line to the ladies clearing the tables. All were approachable and said hello. "I fell in love as soon as we entered the lobby. Our customer rep Ashley gave us a warm friendly welcome. It is our first but not last stay at the Embassy Suite. I was so delighted to see how elegant the atmosphere was . Our room was like a luxury high rise. Breafast was amazily healthy and delicious, real food! The rooms were so clean. Ashley took care of any concerns we had with professionalism and grace. We really appreciate that. Thankyou so much from Felicia and Ibrahim."

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Ashley at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that my stay was seamless. Ms.littledeer went out and above and was very nice with the guests, too bad that her name wasnt on the tipping lists she said, but she definitely need that recognition! The omelette guy was very nice too! He was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions! The lady in the front desk with long wavy hair was very helpful!"
