Sonesta Select Raleigh Durham Airport

"We drove to RDU to spend the night before our vacation flight. The next morning (very early) we checked out & caught the airport shuttle driven by Christina. After being dropped off we found out our flight had been canceled. We called the hotel & asked if they could come get us. Christina was on the way with more passengers & said she would pick us up. She took us back to the hotel & let us have our room back until check out time. Mindy was also very helpful in checking us back in. We just needed a place to regroup & they were so kind in taking care of us as we were quite frazzled. So wonderful to feel like someone has your back. Thank you ladies. You have our loyalty. We will spread the word about your hospitality."
