"This stay was a dream come true. I've been to hotels and resorts in other countries like London, Paris, Mexico, and Jamaica and theres only one resort that was better than this stay. From the time I arrived, the staff was more than accommodating to my requests and wishes. I loved my room, with the deep spa tub and shower, the bed was really nice and the window seat and sofa. And the food at the Bistro was really good. I cant wait to return to this place for another visit."

"This was the best I have ever been treated at a hotel. Customer service was the best part of the visit. I had to check my bill multiple times best the service that I received did not match the extremely affordable room cost. I was greeted at every floor. An employee walked the halls each night. I felt safe but when I see that I was even more assured. I forgot my cell phone charger and called the front desk and I was able to borrow a charger. When I got my food ordered I asked for a cup of ice and they brought up and extra drink instead. Wonderful. My door was open upon arrival and departure. The uniforms were clean and professional. Burger tasted great. Made with real beef."
