“We got to this hotel in the middle of the night after a long day, driving 12 hours on top of that and needed sleep for the last 12 hours of our trip home. We walked into our rooms - they smelled like we walked into an ash tray, smelled like there was a fire in one room. I can’t even begin to describe the different smells blended together; I literally threw up! My one friend ended up sleeping in the car, the smell was that intolerable. The air filtration, or lack thereof, burned the sinuses. We could not use the bathroom; the tubs were disgusting and had numerous cigarette burns and god knows what else. The toilet was broken, literally could not flush and no toilet paper provided in the one room. As one review stated, it really did feel like there were bed bugs. “Pool is Open” was completely laughable; it looked like it was full of hazardous waste. Management’s response and attitude was totally unacceptable, as if they blamed us for staying in the room and not requesting another crappy room at 3:30 AM. Their offer of a %10 refund was also ridiculous. Zero compensation! So many health and safety violations at this hotel; I wouldn’t even let my pet in the room! I am ashamed to even have to give this hotel a 1 star rating. DO NOT STAY HERE” — SMZ, 1 star
