What Guests Are Saying

“This is a dog friendly Hilton property in close proximity to Ft. Bragg, with a large mall nearby. The hotel was lovely, the room was very clean and the restaurant was quite nice. Our room was a good size, and the bathroom was the largest I have ever had at an Embassy Suites with an excellent shower. Staff was cordial as well. May I suggest that the hallways need some freshening up, especially the carpeting and wall paper. The carpeting had numerous tears which could become a tripping hazard, and the wallpaper is not in good shape. Since the hotel was so nice otherwise, I did not want to deduct a star for the hallway. Enjoyed our stay.” — Mattie, 5 stars

“Margin has been an absolute life saver! I had some issues rebooking at my government rate since I’m staying long-term (three months), and his willingness to take the time to help me resolve the issue was nothing short of amazing. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been marked by great customer service and prompt responses. As a Diamond Hilton Honors member who travels frequently, I’ve experienced many hotels—but this stay has truly stood out. Thanks to Margin’s exceptional assistance, it’s been an enjoyable and stress-free experience.” — Sharnell B., 5 stars

“I missed breakfast, and Manager Mylyn Sargent heard me asking where nearest place I could buy a yogurt was, offered to give me one. The kindness that her and Veronica and Marjon showed me was just a sample of how enjoyable and comfortable everyone at Embassy Suites, Fayetteville North Carolina, made me feel. Thank you so much for putting the word hospitable into the hospitality industry. It matters!” — Joe F., 5 stars

"We stopped by briefly on a road trip. We arrived late, but were still very well received. The receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. Our room was great, spacious, and well equipped, with a mini kitchen with a microwave and minibar, which was great for storing the kids' things. The bathroom is large and spacious, the toiletries are high quality and fragrant, and everything was very clean. The beds are good and comfortable. This hotel includes breakfast, which is great, but we woke up late and it is only served until 9 a.m., so we only had time for coffee. But the buffet looks plentiful with plenty of options from what we saw. The location is good, close to shops and the highway. Our experience was great, I recommend this hotel for you and your family! (Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo)."

"Wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton – Fayetteville Fort Liberty. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The bar was cozy with a good selection, and the servers were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet staff were exceptionally kind and made it feel like a true home away from home. Of all the Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at, this one stands out. I’ll definitely be back again and again!"

"Hosted a ball here and let me tell you—this place is amazing! From setup to tear down, Mrs. Rowena and her staff handled everything flawlessly. All I had to do was provide the head count, meal selections, and payment. The staff stayed on top of every detail; anytime I asked for something, it was taken care of almost immediately. Their attentiveness and professionalism were a huge relief, especially since event planning can be so stressful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend you host you balls, parties, or conferences here!"
