“Room was as we’d expect for this brand. Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds (regular and sofa). Friendly staff. My 89 yr old folks had an accessible suite room which was wonderful for their mobility needs. "I arrived for my stay after a long drive and Tianna at the front desk was super welcoming and accommodating. She was so kind and made sure the room was good when I came back down to the lobby. At the bistro Dominic was super quick, kind, and helpful as well. He delivered our food to the table and made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. The lobby of this hotel was decorated for Christmas and it even included a hot chocolate bar. For service. I would give this hotel 5 stars as their staff was extremely helpful and kind. This hotel was a perfect stop on my road trip, I would definitely stay here again."

View on Google"Jeffrey and Shameka were the 2 ppl that helped me at the front desk, both were very friendly, helpful and informative as there were a few things our group was unaware of so we have many questions. I love the kidney bean shaped sleeper sofa. Comfortable bed with an lovely weighted comforter that puts you right to sleep. Good water pressure in the shower w hot water. Nice gym."
