“Have stayed at this hotel before on my way North this trip however after I left the hotel and was two hours north on the road I realized that I left my medication‘s in the hotel room. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager, Cindy she said that she would take it upon herself to go get my medications out of the room and take them to the post office. He sent them next day air to me at my final destination, which was Philadelphia. She said not to worry that she would do it on her lunch break or after work. This is going beyond the call of duty. She paid the fees for Next Day Air, and sent me the tracking number. Valued employees like this are hard to find and Country Inn And Suites should be proud to have Cindy running their operation in Dunn, North Carolina. I will send her the money for her troubles, corporate should be aware of how Cindy took care of the situation and what a true asset she is to the company.” — don S., 5 stars

“Comfort Inn and Suites in Dunn, North Carolina is very nice; a treasure when traveling with a dog. We stayed here in May 2024, during a storm with driving rain and tornado warnings in the area. We loved it then and just stayed there last night December 13,2024 on our way south. The room was clean with clean tub, shower, toilet and sink (unheard of in places that accept dogs). The carpet in our room was clean modern and soft under foot. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and featured complimentary cookies and coffee. All staff was warm and friendly. The lady at the check in desk gave us cups with peanut butter dog treats twice! The king sized bed was clean well appointed with quilt and pillows, in good condition, and comfortable for the 3 of us, which includes our family member Raja, a standard poodle, who can take up a lot of space in a bed! “Nice hotel and convenient to places nearby. Our company uses C.L.C for payment which I understand that side of it, just sucks with Choice rewards we are not allowed at some hotels to at least show a stay or even get some points but get zero like we never stayed there and the consumer is one picking place to stay and would think they honor that person instead of payment issues instead of a loyal regular customer” — Bruce L., 5 stars
