What Guests Are Saying
“Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was on top of stocking breakfast items & coffee. First time I haven’t had to wait on breakfast items to be restocked. Breakfast items were good and not just powdered eggs.” — Beachbum J., 5 stars
“Stayed 2 nights for a girls trip to Sleepy Hollow. The staff was great, room was clean, and the hotel was a great location for our needs. My only significant complaint is that the hotel is built into a hill. So we wound up with a room in which the window opened directly into the parking deck. So if you opened the curtains you’re staring straight at a car and there is ZERO natural light. There is no point to having the window. The room felt like it was night time all day. If this bothers you then I would recommend requesting a room without that issue at the time you make the reservation. Everyone in the room did also have trouble with the room feeling hot. The AC worked fine, but the thermostat would only keep a lower temperature setting for an hour, and then it defaults back to the initial setting. We had to adjust it several times overnight each night. I could not figure out how to get the fan to run so that air was moving and not stagnant.” — Kira, 4 stars
“We have made a number of visits to the Hudson valley, and this SpringHill Suites is conveniently located for both NYC and the Hudson valley. The hotel is well managed - all the staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Comfortable & quiet. Access in & out to various highways is convenient. We’re retirement age, so everything seems pricey to us, but it’s probably typical for this area.” — SteelCityCouple, 4 stars

View on Google"Great breakfast, updated rooms, very friendly/helpful staff. I often have problems with allergies in hotels but didn't have any problems staying here. Only drawback was there were no in-room safes, but they have lock boxes big enough for laptops at the front desk. Would stay here again."
— Melinda Allison
View on Google"Traveling for work, I stayed here for 2 separate weeks. Both times my rooms were spacious, very clean and decently decorated. The beds were firm like I like, and the employees very friendly and hospitable. Not many amenities, but I didnt expect any. All in all I would stay here again, and I would recommend."
