What Guests Are Saying

“We stayed at The Mill house Inn for 4 nights this past week. We are still on a high from our time there. Kenny, Taylor, Justin and Dawn were so accommodating and kind. There was not a need that wasn’t met. They (Taylor and Justin) made delicious breakfasts, gave us chairs and towels for the beach and made sure we had everything we needed. Meeting Kenny felt like running into a long lost friend even though we had only corresponded via email a couple of times. Dawn gave us a pre-visit phone call to see if we needed help with anything prior to arrival (reservations etc). If you want a warm and inviting atmosphere, a cozy inn-like feeling and a place to feel like you’re going home, stay at the MHI. I think it’s unlike most Hampton experiences.” — Claire N., 5 stars

“A very pleasant property I have stayed here numerous times but not in past few years . Still fabulous , staff that truly aims to please , nothing is too much . We had suite 40 “americas cup.” This suite has a nice outdoor terrace/deck for sipping morning coffee . Great shower, as always wonderful linens and And a down comforter and pillows . A short hop to sag harbor for dinner and a bit of shopping . Kenny the innkeeper , lovely kind professional gentleman. He is avail for the guests needs and conversation. Kelli is the assistant a gem . So helpful with dinner reservations and in general planning our activities. Morning breakfast quite tasty With quite a few nice choices. We will return soon to see our new friends “ Kelli” and Kenny”” — fellacher, 5 stars

“What an amazing Inn in a perfect location! Such personal service that you will never get in a large chain hotel. The staff know the area so well and can give you some really helpful tips on the area so do ask and let them know what you are interested in doing/seeing. This area is beautiful but try to get around and see some more of the Hamptons too! Make sure you walk to the beach which is stunning. Breakfast is amazing, choose from the menu but the team are accommodating if you’d like something different. There are free snacks 24/7 and tea/coffee anytime you want it along with coffee makers in the room. Would return here if we get the chance. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!” — karenm2607, 5 stars

"We stayed at the Inn for our anniversary last weekend. We are devotees of bed and breakfast hotels and loved this one. We arrived to find a huge, and I mean, huge, bouquet of the most beautiful white roses waiting for us in the suite that they upgraded us to. Totally unexpected. These folks could not do enough for us. Breakfast was extremely nice, cooked to order with quality ingredients. Bed was extremely warm and comfortable. The management, the staff, can't say anything negative about the inn at all. It was a very nice stay and we would absolutely do that again."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Mill House Inn. Our room was so bright with natural light coming in from so many windows. The staff was so helpful with any requests we had and breakfast was delicious. Dawn was especially helpful and friendly starting with a personal call the same day we booked our stay. She assisted in recommending restaurants and local attractions that we may want to see while we wete there. It was such and enjoyable and relaxing time and we are already thinking about our next trip there. Would highly recommend the Mill House Inn."

"Very cozy atmosphere, exemplified by the array of treats that greet the visitor on arrival. We had to leave early to catch the ferry, and they packed us a nice breakfast in a way that showed a great deal of care for their guests."
