Carpets are dirty and smell like urine. Rooms are old and moldy with rusty toilet paper holders and rusty door frames as well as bugs in room. No room service, misleading continental breakfast’; a 2-star ‘Dog-friendly? Yes. Clean? Nope.’ wrote ‘I confirmed our reservation a few days before check-in, and the front desk agent kindly upgraded our room. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. We stayed in room 122 from the evening of June 22nd to be’; a 2-star ‘Looks can be deceiving.’ wrote ‘For the amount of money I paid for a king size bed room suite, I would not stay here at all ever again. Both tvs did not work. The two doors to the sitting room did not close all the way, damage to the closet doors.’ Book only if you accept the CANDID dirty-carpet, mold and cancelled-reservation-on-arrival signals for a dog-friendly Rehoboth stay.

“We went in January for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We will definitely come back with the kids and family. Excellent customer setvice. Spacious clean rooms. Some have Jacuzzi or fireplace all have heat and A/C. Continental breakfast, great coffee, tea, water 24/7. Warm pool, Hot hot tub, very relaxing and clean, towels provided. Plenty things to eat and do in walking distance. Beaches close, clean, nice boardwalk, plenty of shops. Can take Ferrt with vehicle from Cape May to DE vice versa. Great experience. “Had a little situation with the bathroom faucet and was moved to a room right down the hall, with a jacuzzi suite! Very accommodating and you can’t beat the price. Off the beaten bath (barely) closer to the outlets than the beach. Would stay again. Very easy commute to the Rehoboth Marathon in race morning.” — Karyn R., 5 stars

“From the moment we arrived, manager Russell was attentive, efficient, and helpful. We found over our three day stay that he is very hard working, and is incredibly dedicated to his job. He addressed all of our concerns and requests, and we were impressed with his professionalism. He is a hidden master of customer service. The property seems to have had significant recent upgrades, and the rooms were contemporary and clean. The hallways were too, except for the carpet in the hallways, which were severely worn and dirty, and requires deep cleaning at the least. Both the pool and hot tub are completely adequate.
