“My family and I came Rehoboth for a Celebration of Life Memorial. My father in law booked our rooms. LEVERYTHING was wonderful! We checked in and the young lady was cheerful, helpful and informative. Her and the other gentleman ( I didn’t get their names) work wonderfully together, they gave us some great dinner recommendations. The room was very neat and clean. It was all up to date and in great condition. Housekeeping does an amazing job. They serviced my room even though it is every other day, and that was appreciated. Breakfast was yummy! There were a lot of choices and Terri was so nice! The manager was so kind and she allowed our big group to eat in the conference room they have, it meant a lot to my family. Checkout was fast and easy, my only complaint was Leslie. She had the worst attitude. She acts like she hated her job. Her tone was disrespectful and she spoke to my family and I as if she was above us. She was doing a word puzzle and I think she was upset we interrupted her. She also lied to the couple checking out after us, telling them she was management- thats insulting to the 2 managers I met on Friday and Saturday morning (who were outstanding) We want to make this a yearly trip, but if she is still there we may have second thoughts. Overall the trip was a great one! 9/10! 10/10 if we didn’t encounter Leslie.” — Sandra S., 5 stars
“This hotel is close to everything- beaches, outlet shopping, restaurants, mini golf and more. Check in is easy; you can do it in the app the night before. The front desk personnel are top notch. We dealt with three within two days and they were all extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. All were very personable. The room is a nice size, although more lighting would’ve been helpful. In addition, we would have liked a safe. There’s a microwave and mini fridge. The sink layout is terrific. There’s a shelf running along the top of the counter which gives you added space to spread out toiletries. A free breakfast comes with the room/ eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffles, pastries, cereal and more. Juice and coffee/tea ( the latter two 24/7) are available as well. Afternoon cookies are a treat if you’re around. All in all, a great hotel if you’re planning on visiting Rehoboth.” — Abeonaadiona, 5 stars
“My wife and I stayed here on a short getaway to Rehoboth. We booked online and had no issues at check in. Dave did a smooth job handling everything and letting us know what we needed to know. We were assigned room 414, right near the elevator. This area was nice and quiet, not sure how it would be in middle of summer. The room itself was bright and clean and fresh. Housekeeping did a nice job keeping the bed made and the towel supply full and the room clean. Generally not a fan of staying in hotels where dogs are allowed but they do a great job keeping things clean here. Location is great as well and makes it easy to get to wherever you want to get to in the area. Will stay here again!” — m1759, 5 stars

"I arrived on a Wednesday evening looking for an accommodation and they were able to accommodate my stay, I originally was going to stay til that Friday but changed my mind and stayed til Monday morning, it was a wonderful time and so close to drive to the beaches. The staff was very helpful and kind and made my esa dog even feel welcomed and had a special treat bag for him(dog friendly). He loved the staff and made our stay worth every penny. The place was nice and clean and welcoming. I'd recommend it to any friends and family who want to visit Delaware and need a place to stay. Saving up for next year to make reservations to stay again and hopefully for a little longer stay. Thank you for a great stay Hampton, I'll be back again someday."

View on Google"We've been to many hotels as a family and I have to say even though it's not a 5 star on Google (per say), the service is beyond a 5 star. Thank you to Traci and Brian in the front desk as well as everyone else working there not one employee gave me a negative attitude when I had a question or needed help. Thank you for the complimentary cookies, tea, coffee, water, cheese and wine night w/live music and most importantly for keeping this hotel clean and smoke free. Everyone deserves a raise."

View on Google"My experience was mixed, but the issues I had could be easily overcome, especially since having welcoming staff. David was working at the front desk and was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were clean, and looked recently updated, it was nice to have the breakfast available. There was an extremely strong air freshener scent that hit when you walk in and permeated throughout the lobby. It actually stung my eyes. I don’t know if it’s to cover odors but it’s too strong. The room felt damp at times and some Of our clothes felt damp. Although it may not seem like a serious issue, the toilet paper roll was kept falling off. The placement was positioned in a way that the open ended holder allowed the roll to come right off. You have to step up entering the shower and when you step out, it’s a step down and almost caused a fall. Again, with the bathroom, there isn’t an exhaust fan, so anytime someone showered the bathroom fogged up and took a long time to clear, making getting ready inconvenient and took more time that necessary. The location was perfect, parking plentiful, and we lucked out with minimal traffic - even though it was a holiday weekend."
