“Lauren at the bar is an asset for this hotel. She is one of the best bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I witnessed her run after two unleashed dogs from going out of the hotel. The dog owner returned to the hotel heavily intoxicated and violent. Lauren even managed to prevent the woman from driving until the police arrived. I travel frequently and have never met someone to go beyond their job because it is simply the right thing to do. Lauren is a Hero. Thank you Lauren, you helped me regain hope in humanity. "We went thru another website/server to book and were misinformed of some information. However, when we arrived and learned of this misinformation, the front desk was so willing to work with us and so understanding. After a long day of driving and moving out of one place and getting ready to move into our new place the next day, my husband and I were just so impressed and grateful for the staff to work with us. Would absolutely recommend staying here—great staff, wonderful amenities, and good location in Newark!"
