“On New Year’s Eve, a stressful situation turned into a huge relief thanks to the staff at this hotel. My daughter was hours away from home for the night when an issue with heat at another place meant she suddenly needed a room—fast. I tried another hotel brand first but had no luck arranging things remotely. When I called the Holiday Inn Express, my call went straight to the front desk, and Nancy was an absolute lifesaver. She was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful, and she made sure my daughter had a room for the night without adding any extra stress to an already tense situation. The stay itself was great: comfortable beds, a warm and clean room, and a really good breakfast the next morning. Everything was well run, even on one of the busiest nights of the year. “We found this hotel based on great reviews while looking for a place to stay outside Philadelphia. It’s an hour away, but I definitely felt safe here. When comparing to hotels in Philly, you also appreciate that parking is free! I loved that the beds were soft and comfy. We thought we’d only be staying one night, but when we got to the next hotel and the beds were so awful, we turned around and came back to this hotel for a second night. “By far one of the nicest HIE on the I 95 corridor. Larger than usual rooms, distinctive and large common area tastefully decorated and well maintained, warm and efficient service. All the things you want from HIE and then some. The only detriment is that it is tricky getting off I 95 with several turns and lane shifts that can be challenging when going to the hotel.
