Recent guest voice is genuinely mixed: a 1-star ‘Don’t stay here’ wrote ‘The hotel didn’t have any keys (no typos) so I had no keys to my room for my stay. Any time that I left my room, I had to find someone to take me back upstairs to let me into my room. This applied for gym access as well’; a 1-star ‘Allergy nightmare’ wrote ‘I am writing this review from the Comfort Inn after fleeing the four point Sheraton. do not stay here. Our blanket was covered in mold. The front desk said it was from the down. It was clearly mold or mildew’; balanced against a 5-star ‘Perfect Valentine’s Day’ who found staff resolved a booking-mix-up and made the stay special; and a 5-star ‘Last Minute Luck Out’ road-trip couple who praised smooth check-in and the hotel bar/restaurant. No in-room jacuzzi advertised. Best for I-95 corridor travelers wanting Marriott Bonvoy Four Points with airport transportation — but book with mixed guest-voice expectations and consider the HIE Suites (4.4) alternative first.
What Guests Are Saying
“My boyfriend booked this hotel for us for Valentine’s Day through a third party. Upon arrival, we were told that our king room was no longer available even tho he had already booked and paid 3 days prior. We were offered a queen instead. Out of frustration, we asked to speak to the manager to see why this happened when we already had this room booked. Katherine, the general manager approached us immediately with such kindness and concern. She explained to us that the third party booking site always overbooks them and they are in the process of trying to correct it. She offered us a 50% refund, drinks for the both of us (on her) and to book a night in the future completely comped. She was extremely pleasant and understanding. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were happy during our stay. She even kept the bar open a little longer while we sat and had our drinks. We chatted and she gave us her contact info in case we needed anything going forward. We signed up to be members and we will definitely only book through Mariot now!!” — Mia D., 5 stars
“We booked last minute on a road trip and needed to rest versus finish the drive and we are so pleased with our stay. Check in was smooth, the staff friendly both that evening and the morning we left. The hotel bar/restaurant staff was fantastic and super attentive; the burgers were absolutely delicious! The property as a whole was very clean.” — Lauren P., 5 stars
“I’ve been here a few times in the past couple of years, and it’s our go-to place when we’re in the area. Positives: + The rooms are in pretty good condition. They have a layout with a reasonable amount of space. + The linens and bathroom were clean. + Plenty of space in the parking lot. + The gym/fitness center had a reasonable amount of space for 2-3 guests, and the equipment is in good condition. + They often have free warm cookies at the front desk. There’s free coffee in the morning. + There’s plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Negatives: - There’s no specific bathroom fan, just a passive vent that takes a while to clear the air. - The halls smell a tiny bit musty. - There aren’t a ton of electrical plugs convenient to the desk. We had to unplug the lamp, etc.” — Jenny F., 4 stars

"All around good experience. It is a continental breakfast, so nothing special there. I wish they stop using those steamers. It makes the pancakes tough. Outside of breakfast I was not mad at this Hotel. You surrounding by all kinds of places to shop and a mall is less than 6min away."

View on Google"I travel a lot and stay in hotels a lot. I could write many bad reviews, but i hold off to write the good ones. This hotel has rooms and facilities that should be expected. And a location that is very convenient. But what they have better than most is staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to a maintenance dude that helped my partner remove a suitcase from a truck because I wasn't quick enough getting back outside, to the manager and bar/ kitchen staff... they were all so nice and very kind and helpful. I will definitely be utilizing this location again when I'm in the area."
