“I attended a Conference at this facility April 8-10. I did not stay over so I can not rate the rooms. However, I can commend the Banquet Staff for being an exceptional group. Glitches are bound to happen for any event and for one with over 400 guests they are almost expected. This staff handled any glitches even when they were not the cause, with true professionalism. The Team leaders Joyce Wright and Deanna are dedicated to exceptional guest service and staff leadership. Dwight , Eliana (sp?) and the rest of the staff are true guest service pros. “atracks rated 5.8/10. The biggest issue was an overnight lyft was scheduled because the shuttle bus doesn’t run but then it was cancelled an hour later. I went down and asked the front desk and they said the bus would run at 4:45. Morning comes and no shuttle bus. The worker I think his name was Dennis (older gentlemen) saved the day by taking us. Room: Dated, warped shower and no hair dryer in the room. Gym: had weights to 50lbs, two eliptical, one treadmill, one bike, no foam roller” — @atracks, 1 star

What began as a temporary three-month stay during the workweek while I searched for a new home evolved into an eight-month journey of checking in every Monday and out every Friday. Over time, the hotel staff became more than just familiar faces...they became friends, and eventually, family. What could have been a stressful and exhausting chapter in my life was transformed into something warm, uplifting, and even joyful, thanks entirely to the remarkable team at this hotel. Their care, dedication, and genuine hospitality turned routine stays into something I genuinely looked forward to each week. I want to recognize every part of the team who made my time so memorable: the front desk staff: Allicia, Christina, Janna, Jermaine, John, Josh, Rashaun, led by the irreplaceable Tamara whose warmth and professionalism were unmatched; the night auditors and management team; the attentive and thorough housekeeping staff (thank you, Behara!); the incredibly kind and helpful sales office (thank you, Valerie and Lee Anne!); the always-friendly shuttle drivers (thank you, Wilfred and Ralph!), restaurant staff, and bartenders; the dependable maintenance crew (special thanks to Chris); and the watchful, courteous security team. Every entrance into the building felt like a homecoming, always greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome.
