"My husband and I just spent our 10th anniversary weekend here. Cathy and Germaine are the best hosts and made us feel right at home with thoughtful touches like homemade cookies. The house itself is gorgeous, filled with antique furniture, and somehow immaculately kept. I don’t know how these two ladies keep such a historic home so clean but they do! The room we stayed in, the Anna White room, had a working fireplace and a huge jetted tub. Breakfast each morning was beautifully plated and delicious. We can’t wait to go back!"

Cathy and Germaine were so kind and wonderful hosts, making sure that my sister had gluten free options of the same food that they were cooking (from scratch!!) for everyone else every morning. We stayed in the cottage, which was so cozy and a perfect place to relax after long days at the local renaissance faire. This was a diamond to find in rural CT, and I would easily stay again! "
