What Guests Are Saying
“The stay was wonderful. Just a quick two night getaway. The staff were very friendly and we had wonderful conversations with Jillian at the bar and Brandon during dinner in the Tap Room. We will definitely return.” — Arthur D., 5 stars
“Beautiful grounds and very friendly, lovely people. Spa treatments were wonderful. The room was over priced for being in need of updates. The carpet had stains, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, bare minimum in the bathroom- no shampoo or conditioner, old bed frame that was scratched and had marker on it. Unfortunately stayed near a newborn crying baby on one side and someone with an active marijuana habit that had the smoke lingering outside of our door. Very odd billing system with many daily fees and after visit charges that were not explained. Overall, I would use the spa again but would find any other place/air bnb nearby to stay in the future without a crying newborn, marijuana smoke and a nicer room for well over $2,400 a night.” — Gina A., 3 stars
“This is a beautiful facility. The food was emasculate. The staff was great EXCEPT at the spa. I had a terrible experience there. The night before, I booked a couples’ massage for my partner and I. We asked for two women and both of us requested deep tissue massages. The next day when we arrived, we were greeted with one man and one woman as our massage therapists. This was a problem but we shrugged it off and decided to go with these people. The man who gave me my massage was not good. He did not give a deep tissue massage and quite frankly, it was too soft. It was the worst massage I have ever experienced. I will not be booking the Mayflower again.” — Andre B., 3 stars

What guests are saying about Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Resorts.
"In December our company celebrated the holidays with an overnight retreat at The Mayflower. From the first arrival to the final departure, the level of care, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, kindness, etc. was extraordinary. Far beyond the beautiful venue, wonderful accommodations, memorable spa treatments, and delicious food, what I’ll truly remember most were the constant smiles I saw from everyone staff member with whom my team and I interacted. We felt remarkably welcomed and genuinely cared for. Our events were well-planned and flawlessly delivered. The Mayflower is a truly special place - and those who work there are a truly special team. Many thanks!"

View on Google"What a wonderful stay! The service, food and spa are top notch; the location is beautiful and the area has a lot to offer. The chef, Luke, told us he arrived there 3 months ago and boy, has he hit the ground running! He is a really friendly, down-to-earth guy and his food is phenomenal! Our server, Brandon, went above and beyond to create a special dining experience. With him, you’ll be in good hands. His knowledge of food in general, recommendations for dishes, and suggestions for possible modifications to dishes all bring the dining experience to the next level! Layla and Eric at the front desk go above and beyond with their friendliness, ability to anticipate needs, and attention to detail. I was very impressed with this hotel-and that’s saying a lot, because I’ve stayed in many hotels/inns all over the world! Go to this magical place-you won’t regret it. A small suggestion for the restaurant: A place of this caliber should offer fresh squeezed orange juice or another quality orange juice, not whatever Minute Maid grossness is being offered at $10/glass. Sorry, but true :)"

View on Google"The spa treatments were incredible. I did a 90 min Thai Massage and felt like a million dollars in a zen cloud. That was the ultimate. Then relaxing in the whirlpool / hot tub? Bubbles weren’t working : / but it was a beautiful room with lots of plants and cool tile plus the water was outrageously hot which was so nice to relax in. The steam sauna and lap pool were a perfect day as we had rain and grey skies. Actually it was just grey out but the outdoor pool wasn’t open : / so the sauna and hot tub made up for it. Plus there is a cedar sauna a few steps away from the spa overlooking a pond you just have to reserve a half hour. The rooms and deco was a bit antiquated New England style for my liking but the service and beautiful landscape was worth it. Lots of amazing restaurants are near by and the women at the front desk were most helpful in getting us reservations in town every night and they were great dining experiences. To summarise, the spa and wellness center were very nice and worth it."
