“A dirty dump… cannot sit on sofa so grungy. Furniture chipped and dirty. kitchen cabinet almost fell on me. dishwasher disgusting. One towel for two? one wine glass for two? One cup for two? no pots or pans but a stove top. was told one has to ask for the pots. No coffee machine in the suite as advertised. mattress is definitely not premium quality as advertised. “location is good, dated hotel … my problems was: NO MANAGER ON SITE - HAD AN EMERGENCY OUT OF COUNTRY! NO ONE COULD HELP!! Checked in on 1/31/26 and left within an hour after seeing mice running under the stove in my room. I reported it to the front desk, but the manager was not on site. I was offered another room, which I declined due to health concerns, and had to book another hotel. Very disappointing experience. Cleanliness needs serious improvement.” — nicole F., 1 star

“It always was somewhat of a dump but the price was reasonable. Under the new ownership it has become an expensive dump. The kitchens have been cleaned out of utensils and glassware. There are precious few towels in the bathroom and the soap dispenser is empty. There isn’t even a bottle of dishwashing soap in the kitchen to clean the dishes. It’s a roll of the dice if your TV will work. The rugs are all threadbare. The “breakfast” hasn’t changed - it’s still just a few pastries and dry cereal. One improvement is that the new management seems to have ended the housing of welfare people who loved to sit outside and have drunken arguments at 2 AM.
