What Guests Are Saying

“Across five weeks back and forth to Connecticut, I picked this Residence Inn for cleanliness and was glad I did. Hospitality from the front desk through the GM was second to none — Jon even ran to Walmart for replacement curtains when my room needed them. Breakfast was on point and the rooms were updated about two years ago.” — John P, 5 stars

“A fantastic hotel — super clean, nice family pool, great hot breakfast, powerful shower, outdoor fire pit, hot cookies each afternoon, and a convenient location. The staff team set it apart and took excellent care of us.” — Jess333_9, 5 stars

“This hotel needs a renovation, better maintenance, and a stronger front desk. The kitchen area is dated and was not properly cleaned, and the carpets are dirty and stained. The shower area appeared recently renovated and breakfast was OK.” — S7777P, 2 stars

"Super nice and friendly staff. They give a welcome bag with water, snacks and some mini candy canes. They had wonderful decorations for Christmas, had hot chocolate in the lobby along with postcards for kids to fill out as a letter to Santa. “Naughty or Nice”. Very above and beyond the norm."

"I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now. The room was clean and spacious. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and manager/owner Constantine. I had an issue with my reservation and they took care of it for me quickly and graciously! I only have great things to say about this hotel."

"Overnight business trip in Rocky Hill, CT. Way too much hotel room for just me and just one night, but I enjoyed the space. Room was clean. Free breakfast was okay. Front desk service was a bit lacking when I checked in (around 5pm on a Wednesday). Busy area, so thankfully the hotel entrance has a traffic light."
