“Asked for early check in but the room still wasn’t ready till 5pm even though I requested it a few days ago. They gave me 2 room keys for room 325, I enter the room to find it trashed with people laying in the bed and alcohol strewn about. This created a seriously dangerous situation for the guests already in the room as well as for my friend and I. Someone could have gotten shot or attacked. This is unacceptable that a marriot property would ever provide duplicate keys while someone is occupying a room.” — wackya, 1 star
