“Had an amazing time this weekend! We stayed for our daughter’s 8th birthday and my daughters both loved it. The hotel is extremely clean and updated. Beautiful lobby and fireplace. The pool was fantastic heated just enough with sitting room and clean towels kids had a blast. The staff was extremely accommodating any issue they had they promptly fixed and went above our expectations to ensure our satisfaction I was actually blown away. Free cookies and hot chocolate for the kids and dad! The room was extremely spacious we booked room 102 king one bedroom suite plenty of room for 4 people. I would say the only drawback was you can hear the floor above but it wasn’t terrible. And lastly, before checkout we ate the bistro breakfast and it was a 10/10. Jenny or j9 and the staff were so friendly and did a little extra for our daughter’s birthday and we were so happy. The food was incredible as well as the coffee and left a great last impression checking out of the hotel. I can’t thank the morning manager and the bistro staff enough for giving us a great stay and creating lifelong memories. We will definitely be returning and the casino is only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel.” — Chris M., 5 stars
“Mateo…that is all I have to say. Mateo, Mateo, Mateo…he got us additional discounts, got our jokes, was really kind and engaging. He made us feel like we were all old friends. Mateo for president!!!” — Maryn K., 5 stars
“Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Clean room and clean lobby that had lots of seating. Decent pool and fitness center. The Starbucks cafe had good breakfast options, but you have to pay for everything. Easy location right off the highway, but not noisy. Only downsides were no free breakfast and no shuttle.” — V R., 4 stars

What guests are saying about Courtyard by Marriott Norwich.
"I love this place. Friendly people, nice restaurant around the corner, clean comfortable rooms, and even a washer and dryer for which they supply the detergent and dryer sheets. A little lax about cleaning the room, but if I alert them, they get on it. It my go-to place to stay when I come to town for business and want a convenient, quiet spot. Oh, and the wifi is great."

View on Google"I experienced an exemplary stay at the Marriott. The gentleman who facilitated my check-in rendered service of unmistakable first-class caliber. The room exuded contemporary elegance, spacious, and designed with remarkable attention to comfort. I particularly valued the operable windows, which invited refreshing, natural air; and the exceptional soundproofing that insulated the space from any external disturbance. These two features, the tranquility and the invigorating openness, distinguished my stay. I will assuredly return."

View on Google"Nice Marriott as always. I liked the homemade cookie that were available the 2 evening i was There. I knew it because i made lots of research, but the hotel does not have a spa, even if they show one in the pictures. Im dropping one star because of that. At least the pool is around 85-90. Comfortable stay overall."
