What Guests Are Saying

“Friendly staff. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Can walk across the street to the village, shops, restaurants and the aquarium. They also have a great bar and restaurant on site. Plenty of parking and just a short drive into town for more shops and dining. The towels were pretty rough and could have been softer but everything else was great. We will definitely be back and stay again.” — Cam117, 5 stars

“Hotel staff were very nice, room had been updated recently. Close to most attractions in town.” — Ekaseta, 5 stars

“Another great stay and wonderful dinner. The bartender was very friendly! My room appeared to be recently remodeled and excellent accommodation.” — Will K., 5 stars

They always decorate the hotel so festively for all holidays. We were there for Christmas and they made it SO SPECIAL. Our server Jen always makes sure breakfast is delish! Heather runs the operation smoothly & amazingly. So friendly & sweet!! We look forward to seeing Heather just as much as the hotel! She goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is magical. "**DAY 1 - We had a great experience at the Irons restaurant. We had Rita as our server and she was such a sweetheart. Rachel the bartender was awesome also. The manager Owen and the staff are really doing an exceptional job here. The food was delicious and well worth it. Service was top notch. We've been here a handful of times and will continue to come back. Very highly recommend ! 5 stars ! 🌟.... **DAY 2 - We went back to the Iron a second night and the experience was just as great. We got different meals and I couldn't believe how impressed we were again ! We had to the staff there and again very impressed with all of them. The service was very good and they are so welcoming. Food & drinks 👌We love staying at this hotel. Everytime we are very very pleased. All the hotel staff from the manager to the receptionists and the housekeepers are the best. Polite, kind and professional. The place is in great shape, very very clean, smells really good. Not one complaint with anything. All the people we encountered that were staying here seemed to be very satisfied also. Between the restaurant , hotel and staff we very very highly recommend this place ! And will continue to come back ! Thank you all again ! 🙏 👏👍👍⭐️👌"

"This was the perfect location for our visit to the area. The hotel is quite large. Our room.was spacious, and we did not hear neighboring rooms. Plenty of parking. Very convenient to Olde Mystic Village. Quite a walk to the Mystic Drawbridge Easy access to I-95, without hearing highway traffic. We only interacted with staff at check in and check out, but they were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again."
