About The Hotel
SpringHill Suites Milford is a 3.8-rated property (447 reviews) on Rowe Avenue off I-95, delivering consistent brand-standard value for families, business travelers, and road-trippers. All rooms are suites with sitting areas and mini-fridges, and the free breakfast and free parking add practical appeal. Service sub-rating of 4.3 reflects friendly, reliable staff, and the fitness center earns praise for quality. However, 2025 guests report dated room conditions including stained carpet and walls, thin pillows, and plastic shower curtains. A 2024 family encountered a non-functioning toilet on arrival. In-room jacuzzis are available only in specific suite types; standard suites do not include hot tub amenities, so verify at booking if this is a priority.
What Guests Are Saying
“SpringHill Suites are typically my favorite hotels to stay at for work, and this property delivered the standard I expect from the brand. The room quality matches the price point, the staff is generally friendly, and the overall stay feels consistent and reliable. Parking is plentiful in the back, and check‑in was quick and easy. I do have two small complaints. First, the elevator situation. As far as I could tell, there’s only one elevator near the main entrance. If there’s another, I never found it. During busy times, especially when guests have carts, it fills up fast. If you’re in a hurry, don’t expect a quick ride. Second, and I feel a little bad mentioning this, one morning I went to grab coffee and a staff member was searching through the cabinet right in front of the machine. She turned around, saw me waiting, and continued looking without stepping aside. It wasn’t rude, just… odd, and it slowed me down when I was trying to get out the door. Despite those minor issues, this is still a hotel I would recommend. It’s clean, comfortable, and delivers the SpringHill consistency I appreciate.” — Sergio M., 4 stars
“Stayed for one Saturday night. Check in was smooth. Hotel is safe, clean, and right off the highway (with no noise). Breakfast was great, and the staff kept the area clean and running at a high level with refills. Jaeda checked us in and she was so very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Certainly she is one of the top staff members at this hotel. Thank you.” — DB, 5 stars
“Extremely friendly hotel but a bit dated rooms. TVs were nice. Carpet and walls a little stained. Hated having a plastic shower curtain. AC got as low as I needed. The gym was exceptionally nice………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………” — Pete C., 4 stars

"Well kept hotel. Very clean. The front desk staff was welcoming and explained everything well. My room was beautiful. I love listening to cars and trucks on the highway. Conventually location off of highway. One of my go to hotels when staying overnight in CT. For folks who desire to have cocktails, they have a bar too. Loved the suites setup with the little kitchennette, living room space with a separate TV and desk. Thank you for making my birthday celebration weekend special.❤️🎉"

It was disgusting with brown and yellow stains all over it. Please change that I regret not taking picture of it. I swear if I come here again that poop and piss stained sofa bed still remains my stay will be free. NOBODY should sleep on something so disgusting. But we found some linens in the closet and covered the sofa bed. It still felt unsafe to sleep on. REPLACE IT."

View on Google"Nice hotel in Milford. The staff were very nice, accommodating, and responsive. When we called about an issue with our room, the staff immediately responded and corrected the issue within a few minutes. The hotel overall is a little dated and could use some updates. The rooms were mostly clean, but again could use some updates and a little more attention in between guest stays. The breakfast was pretty good, plenty of choices. The pre-packaged waffles were fair, would’ve been better to have a couple waffle makers like some other places have."
