What guests are saying about Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection.
"I’m staying at the Madison Beach Hotel here in Madison, CT, and tonight I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had — truly unforgettable.I ordered the steak au poivre, and I can say without hesitation that it was the best I’ve ever tasted. The sauce was nothing short of spectacular: rich, perfectly balanced, and crafted with a level of finesse you rarely find. I was so impressed that I asked to speak with the chef — and to my surprise, he graciously came out to the dining room. Not only was he warm and personable, but he even shared his recipe and the inspiration behind it. That kind of passion and hospitality is rare, and it elevated the whole evening. I also have to call out Mike, the bartender, who was outstanding from start to finish. His cocktail craftsmanship and wine recommendations were spot on, and his friendly, attentive service added an extra layer of warmth to the night. Between the incredible food, the personal touches from the team, and the beautiful setting of the Madison Beach Hotel, this was a dining experience I’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommend — truly five stars."

The setting, the service, and the attention to detail made it an unforgettable afternoon. If you’re celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or any special occasion, I can’t recommend this experience enough. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, romance, and relaxation! 💆♀️💆♂️"
