“A pleasant stay from beginning to end. We were greeted by Jim the owner (who was gardening at the time) and shown to our room which was simply perfect for our needs. Tea, coffee and snacks easily available and just help yourself. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom enormous. Everywhere was spotless and everything worked as it should. “My husband and I had a very warm welcome from the owner & innkeeper, Jim. We have stayed there various times in the 20 years. It is our to go place when we visit Mystic. We stayed in The Yellow Barn, Sarah Suite. We absolutely love this suite. The bed was comfy, the bathroom is wonderful and the view from the small balcony is great. “The Stonecroft Inn was the perfect place for us and our wedding party to stay during our wedding weekend. We had actually made a reservation for the inn before Jim took ownership, and he was great to work with and maintained our booking/price from the previous owners. The inn looks amazing, and there are so many little details that made our stay beautiful and comfortable! The breakfasts at the inn were delicious and the staff were amazing (thank you Elena - sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!), and they were happy to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. Jim’s passion and drive to maintain and elevate the inn without losing its inherent character was really inspiring. You can tell he really loves this place, and he loves what he is doing! "My husband and I had a lovely stay this past weekend. The owner was welcoming, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. We stayed in the Shubel, which was both beautiful and inviting. The staff were equally attentive and our room was cleaned, the bed made, and fresh towels provided while we were out enjoying our day. The location is perfect, whether you’re visiting the casinos, heading to the shore, antiquing, or exploring beautiful Mystic. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning guests. Thank you to the owner Jim, we appreciate that you made our weekend celebrating our 24th anniversary that much more special."

View on Google"Went on a weekend getaway with my boyfriend here ahead of Christmas and had the most wonderful time. Jim was an amazing host and felt so comfortable and at home. The Stonecroft Inn is magical - the huge tub and fireplace were among our favorite pieces of a great weekend. Jim brought our breakfast up to our room because the Inn was quiet due to the upcoming holidays and it was delicious. My dog came with us and had the best time running around the 6 acres of land. Will absolutely be back - this is our FAVORITE!!!"

View on Google"We had an absolutely perfect weekend getaway at the Stonecroft Inn. We stayed in the Orchard room in the 1807 house and loved having a fireplace to enjoy. The room was spacious and cozy. Jim’s breakfasts were delicious!! It was the perfect distance from Olde Mystic Village to feel “in the middle of nowhere” while actually being very convenient. We will definitely be back!"
