“The room was attractive and clean. I thought the bed would be too firm but I found it very comfortable. Nice shower with grab bars. If there was anything negative, I would say that the air conditioning was noisy and disruptive the first night. I kind of got used to it after that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. “I stayed at this DoubleTree location at the end of March in order to attend a work-related conference in Hartford, and had a lovely stay. The folks at the front desk were so helpful (shoutout Sandra!) and my service at the bar was also good each night. After my stay I had to call the hotel back to ask for a receipt, and then had some questions about the charges to my account. Juan, the employee who assisted me over the phone and helped explain my bill was so patient, so kind, so warm, and so helpful.
