“As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different properties throughout Hilton’s portfolio. This visit to Enfield was for an up-and-coming chicken teriyaki chain restaurant across the street, where I of course had dinner, and it was nice that the Hampton Inn was so close…despite the Uber rides to & from the train station in Springfield. As always I checked-in via the Hilton app the day before arrival and also chose my room. Upon arrival I found the place to be ample for my needs.. plenty of space in the room for my belongings and enough counter space in the bathroom for my toiletries. Wifi, HVAC, and TV worked fine. Decent night of sleep for this insomniac. In the morning I enjoyed the breakfast and then checked-out and went on my way. “This hotel needs a makeover. The linen is needing to be replaced in addition to new mattresses. They are a pet friendly facility but should implement a FIRST FLOOR only policy. The dogs don’t make it down the hallways and elevators. We had to move to a different room immediately after entering our room upon checkin.
