What Guests Are Saying
“I stayed at the Woodstock Inn for four nights in February 2026 for a mini-vacation and mental health break from my day-to-day. The Woodstock is everything one could possibly want in a New England inn. The location is perfect if you want to wander around the beautiful village. There’s a decent pizza place (Positive Pie) about a minute’s walk from the inn and lots of shops, restaurants, and galleries. The service was warm but unobtrusive, and the spa is fabulous. Special shout-out to Bill the bellman who left me with such a pleasant memory of my stay. I sprang for one of the “Collection” rooms (“Covered Bridge”), which was not a suite but larger than the standard king or double queen rooms. I peeked into a couple of the standard rooms while the housekeeping team was making their rounds one morning, and I think the Collection rooms are worth the splurge. Sitting in the lobby in front of the roaring, well-tended wood fire was a pure and simple winter’s eve delight.” — stevedew77, 5 stars
“Simply fantastic! Beautiful resort with numerous amenities. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Staff spoke highly of the inn and said they love their jobs—and it was evident. The location allows guests to easily explore nearby shops, trails, and restaurants—and the inn has so many comfortable places to relax. Impeccably clean. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.” — Alice L., 5 stars
“The Woodstock Inn is the quintessential New England premium place to stay. Other than the cost being also a premium, we only have positive thoughts and feelings about our stay. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The ambience is cozy and inviting and are many locations in the inn to sit and enjoy a peaceful evening. The food was entirely delectable. Don’t miss the maple cake dessert. Our room was very inviting. Andy amenities were top-notch. Looking forward to our next stay!” — Nicole P., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Woodstock Inn & Resort.
"My husband and I booked the Woodstock Inn for a wedding anniversary getaway and what a delight it was! The property itself is absolutely beautiful. My only gripe was upon arrival at 5:00PM we were informed that our room was not yet ready, which was surprising given the standard check-in time. While delays can happen, the interaction at the front desk felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which took away from what should have been a special start to our stay. Two ladies at the front desk tried to be helpful, it's was their superior or manager who was extremely rude. We ended up checking in at 6p. On a positive note, dinner at the Red Rooster was absolutely fabulous and truly a highlight of the trip. The game room was really fun and is a nice feature when you just want to stay cozy at the hotel. And the spa was AMAZING! Honestly maybe one of the best I've been to. The facilities were beautiful, we could have spent all day there. We're already looking forward to our next trip back!"

View on Google"We can’t say enough good things about the Woodstock Inn. Our wedding weekend was everything we dreamed of and more. The Woodstock Inn team met with us the day before our wedding to go over every single detail, which made us feel so comfortable and completely taken care of. The bridal suite is stunning, bright, spacious, with plenty of seating for getting ready with your whole crew. The property is absolutely beautiful, with tons of great photo spots and even a short hike right nearby. Our guests loved staying in the area, from the incredible Woodstock Inn to local Airbnbs and smaller hotels just minutes away. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. They handled every question and request (even tricky dietary needs and kosher meals) without missing a beat. Ashley truly is the fairy godmother of event coordination, and Jess, who originally showed us the property, was such a joy to work with. Their whole team worked behind the scenes so smoothly that we didn’t have to think about a single detail once the weekend started. They are beyond kind and professional. They even provide your wedding cake! The spa is also potentially my favorite of all time and was the perfect start to our weekend. Everything about the Woodstock Inn feels warm, thoughtful, and effortless. We’d choose the inn again every time."
