“I had researched the downtown area, opting for the Newport Bay Club & Hotel with its kitchenettes and available parking (for a fee). Another reason was its proximity to many sites and several restaurants within walking distance. I booked two nights in a townhouse suite on the 4th floor, and the last night we were in a bedroom suite on the 2nd floor. The cleaning/maintenance staff relocated our packed luggage to the second suite without hesitation. Both accommodations were clean and comfy this nice views of the harbor or America’s Cup Ave. Additional communal decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
