“My fiancé and I stayed at Edgewood Manor this past weekend for just 1 night. We have never stayed at a bed and breakfast before but we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again! Firstly, the owner Andy was very accommodating! We had originally booked for the previous weekend but unfortunately both of our children came down with the flu so we had to cancel. Andy gave us no issue with just moving our stay date to the following weekend. No additional charges. The manor was absolutely gorgeous inside and out! It was like stepping in a time machine and we found it fascinating ! We stayed in the Samuel Priest room and it was breathtaking! The bed was extremely comfortable, the jacuzzi worked perfectly, water was nice and hot, and the decor was just beautiful! Everything in the room worked perfectly and everything was super clean! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the breakfast as we overslept so we quietly made our way out. Andy actually called as he saw us walking out just to make sure we enjoyed our stay and I thought that was great customer service as he could have just let us leave without checking how everything was. I have no complaints. The only suggestion I would make is maybe a mini fridge in the room but to me that is a minor inconvenience. We loved our stay here and look forward to staying again in the future! I would love to see how the back garden looks in late spring / summer! "We stayed at the Edgewood Manor for our anniversary this weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The stunning antique decor, delicious breakfast and jacuzzi tub were a perfect balance of comfort and hospitality. It was whisper quiet, we enjoyed looking at all of the historical artifacts throughout the house as well as the jazz music playing at night on the sound system in the foyer downstairs when we came back from our night on the town. For breakfast, we had a delicious spread of sausage, eggs made to order, home fries, fresh fruit, toast and fresh sticky apple cinnamon rolls made by Sydney and Regina. The coffee was freshly brewed, all the while we had some great conversations with other guests in the dining room. I highly recommend this property for couples that are enjoying a weekend away from the everyday chaos, history fanatics, honeymooners, baby and bridal showers and small weddings. The garden was beautifully lit at nighttime, giving a touch of elegance, showing what the city’s wealthiest residents experienced in their days. Thank you Andrew, we appreciate you!"

The inn itself is a treasure, filled with antiques and an impressive collection of Tiffany lamps, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming. Regina, the innkeeper, was exceptional. She is warm, attentive, and full of great recommendations about the neighborhood and local attractions. Her breakfasts were a highlight: fresh-brewed coffee, perfectly cooked eggs or French toast, fresh fruit, and the most delicious, crispy bacon. She is truly the heart of the inn, and her charm matches the home’s character. Our room was spacious and featured a huge jacuzzi tub, which made for a relaxing retreat. On a rainy day, we happily spent hours lounging in the cozy living room, enjoying the complimentary coffee, tea, and beverages. The inn’s location is also perfect. It’s close to Providence and we even walked to Roger Williams Park where we were delighted by its incredible zoo. Edgewood Manor Inn is a unique B&B, and we recommend it for a memorable experience."
