The owner couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. She even gave us a token for a complimentary drink at one of the nearby sister restaurants, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. And we absolutely loved meeting the resident dogs—they were so sweet and made the place feel even more like home. We spent some time relaxing in the lobby’s living room area, which was such a comfortable spot to unwind, with fresh water always available. We also ate several times at the on-site restaurant, and it quickly became one of our favorites—great food, great atmosphere, every single time. “We had the Ida Lewis Room which was awesome. Tons of light and space to enjoy our stay. The bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable and great quality. The bathroom huge. Loved the decoration and attention to details. The location was perfect for us since it is in the middle of everything there is to see but yet in a quiet and lovely neighborhood with historical houses. Restaurants, bay, Thames Street, mansions and hikes are all at walking distance. Having your own parking space is also a plus. Would definitely stay here again!!
