“We arrived at the airport, and I called the hotel for airport pick up. They told me the hotel van was busy at the fairgrounds, take a uber and they will reimburse us. Going back to the airport, they paid for the uber ride. We are having trouble getting a hold of a manager to reimburse us for the ride to the hotel. “The location was fine, but the room itself was stinky like cigarettes had been smoked in there a week ago. There was also a cigarette burn in one of the curtains. "The price was very good. It has a restaurant although we didn't eat there because their hours of operation didn't coincide with our plans. Lots of parking for a larger truck. Easy to get to, rather than having to drive into Syracuse itself. The hotel was a little chilly because it was mid winter but we would definitely stay there again."
