Saratoga Arms

"Saratoga Arms is a beautiful hotel, with an excellent staff. Sara, the concierge, was extremely attentive, always asking if I needed anything and arranging a dinner reservation for me before even arriving. Their breakfast is excellent and was definitely worth including it with my room. This is my 3rd year in a row staying at Saratoga Arms during the holidays and it has been consistently a wonderful stay each year. My room had a big King size bed, which also included a whirlpool (very relaxing), a fridge stocked with water, a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and complimentary snacks (which are available at the front desk, the chocolate chip cookies are particularly good!). I look forward to my next stay at Saratoga Arms and highly recommend staying there!"

"We loved our stay at Saratoga Arms. The location is great, walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Broadway. The hotel is comfortable and charming (We loved the front porch). The staff is friendly and welcoming. So many extra touches to make your stay memorable: the complimentary coffee bar, hot apple cider bar, guest pantry, and Saratoga Springs water in the room. The emails leading up to your stay to personalize your experience is also a nice touch. It’s definitely worth the price to stay here."

"We have only the highest praise for the Saratoga Arms Hotel. The rooms and hotel was beautifully appointed and all special touches made it feel like a personalized, warm and very special place where we could relax and felt taken care of. The staff were wonderful, the breakfasts and goodies provided throughout the day were extra special and delicious. The concierge was extremely helpful especially since we had no time to plan activities. We loved the location and porch scene. I used the gym - small but has one of everything. We will definitely come back, I hope more than once, as there is so much to do in the region. We were Here this time for a concert and explored historic areas and the mineral springs."
