“We had a wonderful experience at Seneca Allegany Resort and Casino this past July and loved it so much, we have already planned another trip there this October! Stayed there 5 nights and was very impressed with how FRIENDLY all the staff is! We frequent many different casinos all over the US all year long and this casino is “on par” for some of the MOST friendly and helpful employees! I need to mention a few names that went way beyond the call of duty with EXCEPTIONAL service and friendliness! These employees are true assets to Seneca!: Artie- Slot supervisor Sean- Slot manager Jaelynn - My new HOST (and BFF!) Chris - Slot attendant Renee- Cocktail server Some highlights of the casino and hotel are: The slots were loose and I won many jackpots! Casino is very clean and no smoking allowed! They do have a separate smoking lounge for those who want to smoke and play slots. The casino floor has many of the hot new slot machines.- I’m hoping they will get “Dollar Storm” soon! ( By Aristocrat) You get Free alcoholic drinks if you are gambling, but I do wish there were MORE cocktail servers around! Hotel rooms are very big and spacious with all the amenities you want; including coffeemaker and refrigerator. BTW- the coffee maker is a drip coffeemaker that takes a round coffee filter disc, ( not Keurig) in case you want to bring more coffee in your suitcase- which I always do! Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains! When we arrived in our hotel room, the makeup mirror didn’t work so I stopped by the front desk and reported it and when I returned to my room that evening, the mirror had been replaced with a new one! Great Service!! We ate at the “Thunder Mountain Buffet” which was awesome- great friendly staff and a good variety and quality of food. We also ate upstairs at the “Seneca Cafe”, which was also very good- and you can order “food to go” 24/7 upstairs at the “Seneca Cafe Express” for those “late night owls”- like me! Another great perk is free parking and plenty of it in their parking garage!! One last request: The 2 bottled waters in the hotel room should be comped for the customer. They shouldn’t have to pay for them. I’ve stayed in a zillion casino hotels and the 2 water bottles are always comped. “We just returned from the absolute BEST resort experience that any casino has provided. The room was amazing. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Parking garage was great. We met Ashley from Social Club in the parking garage elevator, and then again at the Social Club where she worked. She was so welcoming and wonderful. Charlie at the front desk was extremely helpful with internet. and THE FOODS!!!!!!!!!!!! We loved the Tuscana Grill so much, that we returned a second night to dine again. We loved every meal and the desserts. The breakfast buffet at Seneca Cafe was the best that any casino offers, with everything cooked to perfection. We were spoiled by the fresh fruit bowl. The slots were fun, with many ups and downs, many hours of play. We just enjoyed ourselves so much, and yes we had lots of wins to give us more play time. If you love casino life, this casino is a gem. It is very much off the beaten trail, and that makes the adventure that much more fun. We are grateful to host Steve M in Niagara who booked us this lovely stay. Although it is such a far trip for us, we want to return soon. I keep saying to my better half, “next week”. “I stayed here for one night with my husband and kids while visiting Holiday Valley, and it was a great experience. The price was perfect, and having Tesla chargers on site was a huge plus. They have a small coffee area in the lobby in the morning, which was convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
