“This hotel is in a perfect location if you have reason to be at the university. The service and the staff were top-notch. There is a shuttle available upon request which took me to the university and picked me up at a location that I specified when I called them. The location is in the college town section of the university and there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I know there is food available for breakfast complementary but I did not take part. We had a two bedded room with two queens that was very spacious and comfortable. The place is very clean and very modern. They give you a parking pass to put on your dashboard, and despite all the businesses surrounding the hotel, I had no problem finding a parking space. “Very nice stay next to Strong Memorial Hospital where we had an appointment. The staff are friendly and professional. Our room wasn’t ready (we arrived early). The woman at the front desk found a similar room that was ready. (I did the e-check in the night before and picked my room.) The room was very clean and well stocked. The beds are super comfortable. They have an indoor pool and in house restaurant, Grappa Italian restaurant. As expected, a little pricy as it’s in the hotel. However, there are other options nearby. “I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. My husband was at Strong hospital for 4 days and I chose to stay at this hotel due to proximity to the hospital. It turned out to be the best choice. I felt so comfortable and at home here. Every single employee was kind and helpful. And it was a quick walk to the hospital a few times each day.
