What Guests Are Saying
“Booked 2 nights at this little gem for by boyfriend’s birthday. Upon check in - Caitlin realized we were there for a special occasion. Because the property’s occupancy was quite low, she upgraded us to the most beautiful room to make this even more special (the standard rooms are just as clean and very cute). She and Chelsea helped to create a special atmosphere to celebrate this special guy. They were so happy to help and very accommodating throughout our stay. The property itself is super cute. It’s whole vibe. From the lounges in front of the water, to the firepits (smores upon request of course) to the breakfast left at your door in a picnic basket with a fresh pot of hot coffee, this place is a true getaway. I would recommend this property to any adult group (couples, friends, family, etc.). The wineries and north fork activities are close and easy to navigate from here. Can’t wait to return!! Thank you again Caitlin and Chelsea!!” — Jessica M., 5 stars
“Check in for a 2 day getaway was met with a glass of sparkling wine and a smile. The views from our room were beautiful and the fireplaces lit the yard with an autumn glow. The front desk went above and beyond assisting us with dinner reservations and suggestions of wineries to visit. I can’t express the level of customer service that they gave us . . the breakfast basket in the morning was an unexpected surprise that took the experiance over the top. See you again soon!!! “Really relaxing 3 night trip! The hotel is small but they do a great job! Even better in person than in photos — cabanas by the beach are comfortable and the private beach is literally just one minute from your doorstep. Staff willing to accomodate and go above and beyond. For people traveling with dogs especially, cannot recommend this place enough! So dog friendly and loved being able to take my pup to the beach.” — Mary F., 5 stars

"This was so serene. I went by myself for just a relaxing ME Day and it was lovely. My king size room had a wonderful view of the beach, barrel sauna and igloo. Nice cabana. Though it was winter with snowfall, I was out there in the warm comfy robe (provided), eating my picnic breakfast basket and coffee (Also provided). Oh, I enjoyed the hot tub outdoors with snow flurries falling on me. Just relaxing. I’ll be visiting in the summer."

When I first pulled up, I wasn't sure what I was going to expect but when I opened up the door and walked in all the amazing little hidden gems. All around the facility, all the way down to their wallpaper coat hangers, you name it most adorable things that I could find the service was immaculate, the front desk, girls, amazing. They communicated everything amd helped me with anything i needed. And I love their complimentary wine that they gave me for me in my room. And to know that it was local made it even better. Their facility is very clean and I felt so at home and cozy in their rooms i even think it's so cute how I have my own patio to look out to the water. And when I woke up the next morning, it was so peaceful and beautiful. I love my complimentary breakfast.Basket.I thought it was absolutely perfect I also love that they have igloo there. So cute.I really did enjoy the atmosphere.I look forward to going again in the summer and seeing what else that they have"

Friendly and helpful staff every step of the way, from booking, stay, and checkout. Lots of very thoughtful touches everywhere. I’d highly recommend them for your next North Fork stay."
