What Guests Are Saying
“A nice choice to stay in the Finger Lakes near Keuka Lake. Our king room with sofa was quite spacious with modern decor. I liked the choice of luxury vinyl tile type flooring, rather than carpeting. A nice addition was an area rug under the bed to step onto when getting out of bed. Bathroom was equipped with pump style shower accessories, rather than small single use bottles. Shower was good. We were welcomed as Best Western Reward members with a choice of treats and a couple bottles of water when checking in. Plenty of parking. Dublin Donuts and a nice Mexican style restaurant were across the street. The hotel is located on a busy road by a stoplight so in the morning traffic noise was heard. Possibly a room on the back of the hotel would be better for noise, but wasn’t a major issue for us. The bathroom was updated but the toilet is very low and it was rather a close space when closing the door. However the size of the room was roomy and had a very nice appearance. Typical breakfast. I liked the yogurt machine dispenser. The seating area got busier as the morning wore on.” — Average1, 5 stars
“My old impressions of a BW was a lower budget hotel and it was anything but that. Super clean, great rooms (we upgraded to a king suite), very flexible staff (was able to get a later checkout). They allowed us to bring in our bikes (they were clean) to our rooms for safe keeping without any issues. Great location near downtown Penn Yan with plenty of restaurants and stores. The free coffee and juice (24/7) was a great touch and they included a nice ‘free’ breakfast. I rarely would go to a hotel pool and this one was super clean and we happened to be the only ones in it. Overall, exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay at this hotel again!” — Steven H., 5 stars
“What a wonderful place! Conveniently located near the Outlet Trail, Historical District, and to a number of wineries. Spotless, plenty of parking, professional caring staff, great varied breakfast selection (with both a pancake maker and a yogurt dispenser). Extra attention was paid to keeping the breakfast area clean. Our room and the common areas were super clean. We’ll be back to Penn Yan and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. One tip: If you are sensitive to traffic noise then select one of the odd-numbered (north facing?) rooms.” — stclark54, 5 stars

What guests are saying about Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites.
"Very clean, bright and inviting. We've stayed at many hotels as we travel for retirement. The eggs were better than some of the other best westerns we have stayed at. One recently taste like watered down eggs. The coffee was amazing and the homemade fried potatoes or whatever you call them in new York we're cooked to a nice crisp. We found it very nice that you had coffee all day. Overall, it was a really really nice stay. We went to Watkins Glen and that was a great day as well. So nice little trip overall. I wish we were staying longer. The check-in team was great and the checkout team was great and we inquired about some things in the area and they helped us very much at the front desk as well. Other than that, we did not interact with any other team members. We were there for one night."

Recommend your breakfast at the hotel be a quick juice/coffee and eat at the friendly local village spots for a treat to country living."

View on Google"Super solid offering that’s immaculately clean. Location is walkable to town and in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Quick Uber to some wineries if that’s your thing. Hotel staff was amazing and they kept the place spotless. Well I did find some dust on the back of the TV. Yes, I checked because the rest of the room was so clean. Amenities were decent and the room was well appointed and mostly newer furniture. Nice options for breakfast. Nothing crazy, but solid."
