"By far the cleanest, nicest smelling hotel we've ever stayed in. The whole staff was so very attentive and polite. The robes were a lovely touch. The breakfast was good and hot, eggs, sausage, waffles the whole works. If you needed anything that wasnt out for breakfast, the breakfast attendant was right on it. Nowadays it can be hard to find such attentive employees. We stayed in the king room with jetted tub for a much needed couple nights away.We will be back."

View on Google"My husband booked our room for our Anniversary. We’ve never stayed here before and We loved absolutely everything and everybody at The Giacomo!! We will be back! Breakfast was great. Coffee fresh and delicious! The architecture wonderful. The quietness of the building was amazing. Built in 1929 and you know it. You feel it. Solid and sound proof. Walking distance to the river and falls. So close!! Locked and secure parking was a great bonus! Cant wait to return!!"

View on Google"This was a beautiful hotel for the last leg of our honeymoon! The room was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was warm and good for a gluten free allergy. The front desk staff was so welcoming and actually a hoot to talk too! 🤎 Golden, the bartender, made some of the best drinks I've had in a while. She was absolutely wonderful and I would've stayed downstairs all night if it's not for the fact I was on my honeymoon lol 10/10 recommend"
