“Just checked out of this hotel, would 1000% stay here again! Even though the hotel is under an expansion, you’d never know it from the stay we experienced. They are adding a whole new wing to the hotel, but it had no effect on our stay. First the hotel smells like choclate when you enter which is wild! Second, the service was amazing! Marriott really knocked it outta the park! Shout out to Loretta the night audit for helping us when we arrived at midnight to make our check in so smooth and giving us some dining suggestions in the city which is oddly lacking in resturants, but you can’t blame the hotel for that. “Former chocolate factory turned Marriott… pure amazing when it comes to the staff service. Like you can smell chocolate when you enter lol I’m not into industrial looking building but this one is very well appointed. It’s right across from the Seneca Niagara Casino which is a huge bonus. They are expanding the hotel right now but I have to say that did nothing to negatively impact our stay. In fact they were so generous and excited about our stay the front desk even printed a whole itinerary for us to fill the three days we were there. Mrs Jackson was so incredibly helpful extending our rooms and being ready to do anything she could to make our stay an enjoyable one. View on Google"Stayed here after our first hotel was booked for the weekend. A little further from the falls but SUPER easy to walk to the falls! The rooms are very very large and quiet. The staff are very nice and they pay attention to the guests. 100% will recomend for the future!"
